Hey everyone - I have been working on some stuff on the backend and ran across THE BEST survey tool. I researched them all, http://www.surveymonkey.com/, http://www.questionpro.com/, including some high-end packages like Questionmark and SurveyPro (I used SurveyPro back in the day for my disseration).
I have found the “HOLY GRAIL” - and it is called SurveyGizmo! Even their free account is incredibly powerful.
